man tries to buy a kid in Walmart

There was a 81 years old man named Hellmuth Kolb tried to buy a kid from walmart. He paid $200000 to buy a 8 years old girl.The police said that it happened Friday afternoon at a Walmart in Port Orange. The man tried to run away but was caught and arrested on Sunday. 

The mother said he offered her money for her daughter several times, first $100,000, then $150,000 and then finally $200,000. The mother said no but the man grabbed the girl and runs away.
